2. Payment Terms

• All payments are due as specified in the contract or invoice.
• For ongoing services, such as social media management, payments will be due on a monthly basis.
• One-time services, such as content creation projects, will require partial payment upfront (50%) and the remaining balance upon completion of the project.
• Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the contract.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
• In the event of a cancellation, any non-refundable deposits or fees for work already performed will be retained.

4. Content Ownership

• WeMuse Studio retains the copyright for all content created, including but not limited to photography, videography, and graphic designs, until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the content for their business needs as outlined in the agreement. WeMuse Studio retains the right to use the content for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• For social media management, all posts, images, and videos provided by the Client for use remain the intellectual property of the Client.

5. Client Obligations

• The Client agrees to provide all necessary materials (e.g., product information, images, access to social media accounts) required for WeMuse Studio to perform the services.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of all content provided for use.

6. Confidentiality

WeMuse Studio agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information provided by the Client, unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon by both parties in writing.

7. Liability

• WeMuse Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• The Client assumes full responsibility for the use of the content and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• WeMuse Studio’s total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services provided.

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

WeMuse Studio may utilize third-party tools or platforms (e.g., social media, content hosting services) in the performance of its services. The use of such platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions, and WeMuse Studio is not liable for any service interruptions or issues caused by third-party platforms.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice as outlined in the contract.
• WeMuse Studio reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
